TELEHEALTH ENCOUNTERS
for apple products
DOWNLOADING THE ZOOM APP
Please note, certain verbiage may differ depending on
your device, operating system (iOS), or past Zoom usage.

Find the App Store on your Apple product.

Click on "Search" on the lower right-hand corner under the magnifying glass.

Type in and search "Zoom."

Select "Zoom Cloud Meetings."

Download the app. Depending on your device, it may say "Download," "Install," or "Get."

Please have your Apple ID and password ready.​

Once the download is complete, the app will open. No further steps are necessary until your Telephone Encounter.

STARTING YOUR TELEPHONE ENCOUNTER

Pull up your email confirmation and click on the link to start your Telephone Encounter.

Click on "Open" to launch the Zoom app.

Enter your name.

Allow Zoom to access your camera. Click "OK."

Click "Join with Video."

Allow Zoom to access your microphone. Click "OK."

You may decline Zoom sending your notifications or synching with Siri. Click "Don't Allow."

Wait for your Provider in our virtual waiting room.

When your provider is ready, the video will load. To enable sound, click "Call using Internet Audio."

Once connected with your Provider, ensure audio and video are enabled at the bottom left corner.
