 Step 1Locate the App Store on your device. |  Step 2On the lower right-hand side, click on the "Search" button underneath the magnifying glass. |  Step 3Type in "Providence Health Connect." |

 Step 4Select the "Providence Health Connect" app. |  Step 6Create an account by entering your name, SSN, and DOB. You can also create an account if your Provider's office emailed you a link. |  Step 5Download he app. Depending on your devise, it may say "Download," "Install," or "Get." (Please have your Apple ID and Password ready.) |

 Step 1Open your "Providence Health Connect" App. | Step 2Log into your account using your username and password, TouchID, or FaceID. |  Step 3Your homepage will load. Click on "MyChart." |

 Step 4It will log you in again. |  Step 6Your appointment will show up. NOT PICTURED: Please click "e-Check In." |  Step 5Click on your "Appointments" tab. |
 Step 7Verify your demographics: address, phone number, and email. |  Step 8After updating or verifying your information, please click "Confirm." |  Step 9Please verify the insurance account holder's information. |
 Step 10 |  Step 11This screen will confirm that your e-Check In is complete. |  Step 12It will bring you back to this home page. |
