We are located at the northeast corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and
20th Street. The office is on the second floor.
Parking is available in the garage next to the building. The
entrance to the garage is immediately north of the building on 20th
St.
Mobility-challenged patients can be dropped off at the driveway into
the garage, near the entrance of the building on the street level. Alternatively,
there is a drop-off area on the third level, the blue level, of the garage.
