


Glenda
joined Pacific Heart Institute in 1985 and helped oversee the
initial development and implementation of the diagnostic
department. Prior to her tenure at Pacific Heart Institute she had
been employed at St John’s Health Center, VA Hospital La Jolla, and
UCSD Medical Center amassing an array of experience while working in
echocardiography, vascular, surgery, cardiac catheterization, and
research departments. Over the years the diagnostic department at
Pacific Heart Institute has grown to include a comprehensive range
of state-of-the-art cardiac and vascular examinations that provide
excellent diagnostic tools for the treatment of patients with
cardiovascular disease.
Glenda was named Pacific Heart Institute’s COO in 1994 and served in
that role for 6 years before assuming the position of CEO in 2000.
Glenda believes there is a culture at Pacific Heart Institute that
strives to provide excellent medical care to all patients and the
professional employees of the practice embody that philosophy.
